1. About ArmedIQ
ArmedIQ is a personal record-keeping application that helps individuals organize and manage information about their lawfully owned firearms, bows, suppressors, optics, ammunition, hunting activities, competitions, and related equipment.
ArmedIQ is not a marketplace, dealer, broker, transfer service, or firearms exchange. No buying, selling, trading, or transferring of regulated items occurs through the application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use ArmedIQ and must be legally permitted to possess and maintain records for the items you choose to store.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of ArmedIQ complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, passkeys, and recovery methods.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all content and information you upload or create within ArmedIQ.
You grant ArmedIQ a limited license solely to:
- Store your data
- Synchronize it across your devices
- Display it back to you
- Share it only when you explicitly choose to use a sharing feature
We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use ArmedIQ for unlawful purposes
- Misrepresent ownership of property
- Upload content that infringes another person's rights
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the service
- Reverse engineer or abuse the platform
6. NFA and Regulated Items
Records stored within ArmedIQ are provided solely for your personal organization and record-keeping.
For NFA-regulated items (including suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other regulated firearms), ArmedIQ is not a replacement for original ATF documentation or any records required by law.
You remain responsible for maintaining all legally required documentation.
7. Subscriptions
Certain features of ArmedIQ require an optional subscription.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions may be managed through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Pricing, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple's App Store policies.
8. Availability
ArmedIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we strive for reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in connection with unlawful activity.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArmedIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of the service.
11. Privacy
Your use of ArmedIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
Continued use of ArmedIQ after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
