Ammunition Tracking
Ammo inventory, consumption, and reorder forecasting
Know exactly what's on the shelf, what you've burned this month, and when you'll need to reorder — across every caliber and lot you own.
The problem
Ammo shortages move fast. By the time you notice you're low, the lot you trust is gone. Counting boxes by hand the night before a match is not a strategy.
The ArmedIQ solution
ArmedIQ tracks every round you own, every round you fire, and every lot you trust. Range sessions, matches, and hunts decrement inventory automatically, and a forecasting view tells you which calibers are about to run out so you can reorder before the shelf is empty.
Inventory, consumption, and forecasting
Real numbers from real range days — no spreadsheet required.
Round counts grouped by caliber, manufacturer, bullet weight, and lot number. Low-stock alerts when minimums are hit.
Log a range session, match, or hunt — rounds fired roll up into a per-ammo ledger, with cost-per-round captured.
Projected stockout dates, months remaining, and suggested reorder quantities based on your real consumption.
See exactly what you spend on ammo per month, per caliber, and per firearm — without a spreadsheet.
Pin a primary load to each rifle, pistol, or shotgun so the right caliber is selected when you log a session.
Add a brick at the gun show or log a hundred rounds at the range — no signal required.

Frequently asked questions
How does ammo consumption tracking work?+
When you log a range session, competition stage, or hunt, you record the ammo and rounds used. ArmedIQ writes a consumption entry to that ammo's ledger and automatically updates the inventory count.
Does ArmedIQ forecast when I'll run out?+
Yes. The ammunition forecast looks at the last 180 days of consumption, calculates an average monthly burn rate, and projects a stockout date for each caliber and load — plus a suggested reorder quantity.
Can I track multiple lots of the same load?+
Yes. Each ammunition record carries a lot number, so you can match a chronograph reading or a flyer to a specific lot of a specific load.
Can I see total ammo spend?+
Yes. Cost-per-round is captured on each consumption entry, and the analytics view reports total spend per day, per caliber, and per firearm.
