NFA Management

Suppressors, SBRs, and tax stamps — organized

Track every NFA item alongside its Form 1, Form 4, trust documents, and tax stamp so the paperwork is always exactly where the firearm is.

The problem

NFA paperwork lives in five places — a folder, an email, a photo on your phone, a tax stamp in a binder. When the ATF asks, none of it is in the right place. When you sell or transfer, finding the right Form 4 takes an afternoon.

The ArmedIQ solution

ArmedIQ keeps the NFA item, its forms, its stamp scan, its trust documents, and its registration status together. One screen per suppressor or SBR. One place to find anything when you need it.

Built for NFA owners

Suppressors, SBRs, forms, and stamps — all on one screen per item.

Suppressor & SBR tracking

Catalog every NFA item with serial, caliber, mount, length, and host firearm — separate from your title-1 inventory but linked to it.

Form 1 / Form 4 storage

Attach approved forms, pending submissions, and trust schedules per item — searchable and exportable.

Tax stamp scans

Store stamp images and approval dates with each item — private storage, never shared.

Registration status

Track pending vs approved status and wait times so you know what's outstanding without checking eForms.

Mount tracking

Record direct-thread, QD, or 3-lug mounts and which firearms a suppressor is registered or used with.

Protected View

Sensitive NFA data is hidden behind biometric unlock — no glance leaks of serials or stamp numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Does ArmedIQ store my Form 4 paperwork?+

Yes. You can attach PDFs and images of Form 1, Form 4, trust schedules, and tax stamps to each NFA item. Everything is encrypted at rest and scoped to your account.

Can I track pending NFA submissions?+

Yes. Each NFA registration carries a status and dates so you can see what's pending, what's approved, and how long each item has been in queue.

Are suppressors tracked separately from rifles?+

Suppressors live in their own catalog with NFA-specific fields, but you can link a suppressor to one or more host firearms so the relationship is clear.

Will anyone else see my NFA records?+

No. There is no public registry, no sharing with third parties, and no ATF integration. Your NFA paperwork is yours alone, optionally hidden behind Face ID / Touch ID and Protected View.
