Yes — ArmedIQ is offline-first. Add items, log range days, and review your collection without service, and changes sync when you're back online.
Is it available on Android?+

Can I export my data?+
Yes. Higher tiers include a portable export of every item, photo, log, and document you've entered.
Do you store my serial numbers on a public registry?+
